Do you rent or sell machines?
Yes, we rent & sell machines.
What brand of ingredients do you use in the machine?
Nestle
Do you stock them at all times or do we get them from the supermarkets?
Hot beverage dispenser/vending machine ingredients/powders are specifically manufactured for use only in vending machines. They are not available in supermarkets/shops etc and can only be purchased from us. This is a niche product.
What is the servicing cost?
Under the lease option the monthly lease fee charged includes a monthly machine service. Under the direct purchase option, the customer can select from two service options; One off service or monthly service (a service level agreement can be signed here). Both options are chargeable.
Are spare parts always available?
Yes, spare parts are available at all times.
In case of a breakdown, how fast can the issue be rectified?
We have technical teams on route assigned to various regions within Nairobi and they usually attend breakdowns within 1 hour from notification of the issue to our office through our emergency hotline contact numbers.
What is the installation cost?
We offer free installation within Nairobi. Upcountry installation will incur a fee.
Do you offer any training, cleaning/maintenance guidance?
Yes, as part of the installation our technical team will conduct a detailed training with your machine attendant on the operation, handling and maintenance of the machine. The installation & training generally takes 45 mins – 1 hour.
Do you charge a call out fee for attending machine breakdown issues?
All leased machine breakdowns within Nairobi are attended to at no extra cost and will be attended to at all times. Direct purchase machine breakdowns within Nairobi can be attended to by our technical teams at a call out fee. Any upcountry machine breakdown can be attended to at a fee.
